30-Day Return Policy
Tactical Galaxy accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. If Tactical Galaxy made an error with your order, we will cover the reasonable return shipping cost. For all other returns, return shipping and any shipping insurance are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Requirements
- Returns must be postmarked or received by Tactical Galaxy within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Returned products must be received in acceptable condition. Tactical Galaxy reserves the right to refuse a return or refund for products that have been damaged, altered, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale while in the customer's possession.
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned merchandise and for any return shipping or insurance costs unless the return is the result of an error by Tactical Galaxy.
- Tactical Galaxy is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds will normally be issued to the original method of payment.
- Refunds will not be issued until the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted.
- Accepted returns are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are received.
