Firearm and firearm-part laws vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. Tactical Galaxy maintains the following shipping restrictions as part of our compliance policy. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may lawfully be purchased, possessed, and received in their location.
California and Washington Orders
As a Tactical Galaxy compliance policy, firearm parts being shipped to California or Washington that would not otherwise require an FFL under federal law must still be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). The customer is responsible for providing or confirming the receiving FFL information before the order can be shipped.
Orders placed for delivery to California or Washington without the required receiving FFL information will be canceled and refunded.
States We Do Not Ship Parts Directly To
Tactical Galaxy does not ship firearm parts directly to customers in the following states:
- Connecticut
- Illinois
- New Jersey
Orders to California and Washington are subject to the separate FFL shipping requirements stated above.
States Where We Do Not Ship FFL Products
As a Tactical Galaxy shipping and compliance policy, we do not ship products requiring an FFL transfer to the following locations:
- California
- Delaware
- Hawaii
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- New York
- Washington, D.C.

Product-Specific and Local Restrictions
Additional restrictions may apply based on the specific product, magazine capacity, firearm configuration, local ordinance, or other legal requirement. Tactical Galaxy reserves the right to request additional information, require shipment to an FFL, refuse shipment, or cancel and refund an order when necessary for legal or compliance reasons.
Customers are responsible for confirming that all products ordered are legal to purchase, possess, receive, and use in their jurisdiction.
Policy Changes
Firearm laws and regulations change frequently. Tactical Galaxy may update this Shipping Restrictions policy at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, carrier requirements, or our compliance practices.
