Flat-Rate Shipping
Shipping is $8 per order. Orders under $100 generally ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders of $100 or more generally ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $300 ship via USPS Priority Mail with signature required.
Processing Times
- Black and laser-engraved parts usually ship the same or next business day.
- Cerakote parts usually ship the same or next business day.
- Anodized parts usually ship within 2 business days but may take up to 8 business days.
- Custom parts usually ship within 2 business days after we receive all required logos or artwork.
Shipping & Carrier Delays
Normal order processing typically takes up to 3 business days. Special or custom orders may require up to 14 business days for processing before shipment. Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, carrier delays are outside Tactical Galaxy's control. This includes delays affecting expedited shipping services.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Tactical Galaxy is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If a shipment is delayed or lost before confirmed delivery, please contact us and we will assist with the carrier as appropriate.
