I understand it is my full responsibility to make sure the firearm or accessories I am purchasing are legal for me to own under all laws that are applicable to me. By accepting the Terms, I agree that I am legally allowed to own the items I am purchasing, and I represent to Tactical Galaxy that the sale and delivery to me of a firearm will not violate any State law or published ordinance.  I also hereby certify that I am 21 or older to purchase from this site
