These Terms and Conditions of Purchase ("Terms") apply to purchases made from Tactical Galaxy Inc. ("Tactical Galaxy," "we," "us," or "our") through tacticalgalaxy.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced on our website.

Age and Legal Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Tactical Galaxy. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the products ordered under all federal, state, and local laws applicable to you.

It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to the products being purchased. Tactical Galaxy may refuse or cancel an order when we believe the sale, shipment, possession, or delivery of a product may be prohibited or restricted.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Tactical Galaxy reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances requiring cancellation.

Pricing and Payment

Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Tactical Galaxy may correct pricing, description, or other listing errors and may cancel affected orders when necessary. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed.

FFL and Restricted Shipping Requirements

Certain products or destinations may be subject to federal, state, or local restrictions. When shipment to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) is required, the customer is responsible for providing accurate and valid FFL information and for ensuring that the receiving FFL is willing and legally able to accept the shipment.

Orders that cannot legally be shipped to the requested destination, or orders requiring FFL information that is not provided or confirmed, may be canceled and refunded. Additional state-specific restrictions are described in our Shipping Restrictions policy and are incorporated into these Terms.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, processing times, signature requirements, and carrier-related terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Estimated processing and delivery times are not guarantees. If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonably expected processing period, Tactical Galaxy may contact the customer regarding the delay, available alternatives, or cancellation and refund as appropriate.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Tactical Galaxy as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after processing or shipment has begun. Custom, special-order, engraved, Cerakoted, anodized, or otherwise personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation once work has begun.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to the return eligibility requirements, time limits, shipping responsibilities, and other conditions stated in that policy.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, specifications, finishes, colors, images, and availability. Actual colors and appearance may vary due to manufacturing variations, finishing processes, lighting, photography, and display settings. Minor variations that do not affect the intended function of a product are not necessarily considered defects.

Proper and Lawful Use

Products purchased from Tactical Galaxy must be installed, maintained, and used safely, properly, and lawfully. The customer is responsible for determining product compatibility and for obtaining qualified installation assistance when appropriate. Tactical Galaxy is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, unlawful use, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not designed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tactical Galaxy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use products purchased from us. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived.

Governing Law

These Terms and purchases made through tacticalgalaxy.com are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law applies and cannot legally be waived.

Changes to These Terms

Tactical Galaxy may update these Terms from time to time. The Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase. The Last Updated date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
